The Process

Primer
We start with the basics: how to improve delivery tools like hand gestures, body language and eye contact. Then we’ll teach you the real secrets to effective communication such as audience analysis and clear, coherent messaging.

Persuade
Everyone knows that storytelling is essential to be an inspiring leader, but how do you do it effectively in a corporate setting? We get into the science of stories, share video examples, and practice. In addition, we’ll teach you our formula for structuring a persuasive speech and using data to move your audience to action.

Practice
We teach practical strategies for managing anxiety well before you reach the podium. You’ll deliver a series of presentations to your peers, which are recorded so you have a benchmark to reflect on. Throughout the program, you’ll also receive constructive feedback from to support your growth.

Yes, we offer 1:1 coaching packages for C-Suite leaders without the time to commit to a longer training course. 1:1 coaching is ideal for corporate leaders with a time-sensitive speaking engagement, and leaders who want to work on a specific goal, for example, their origin story, delivery skills, or impromptu remarks.

Yes! We can deliver training online or virtually. That said, we encourage teams to sign up for training in person because participants will stand in front of their peers … and speak! In other words, folks get more out of the experience when they’re talking to other human beings rather than staring into a laptop camera.
