Primer

We start with the basics: Delivery tools like hand gestures, body language and eye contact. Then we teach the real secrets to effective communication: Audience analysis and clear, coherent messaging.

Persuade

Everyone knows that storytelling is essential to be an inspiring leader, but how do you do it effectively in a corporate setting? We get into the science, share video examples, and do lots of practice.

Then we teach our formula for structuring a speech and using data and statistics to make attendees’ remarks more persuasive.

Practice

We teach a number of strategies for managing anxiety before a public speaking event. Participants then deliver a final presentation to their peers, which is recorded so they have a benchmark to reflect on.

Throughout the program they receive constructive feedback from the trainers to support their growth.

Over the past year, I’ve partnered with Felicity Barber (friend, colleague, & comms pro!) to offer classroom training.   • We come to you! The course is held in-person because that’s the most effective way to teach communications skills. We offer virtual 1:1 coaching packages. To explore virtual options, please get in touch.

  • Yes! Each course is tailored to your organization, using examples of leaders from your company and industry.

  • Pricing is based on a number of factors, including whether you would like 1:1 coaching as part of your package. Discounts are available if you book multiple courses at once. Get in touch to discuss a quote.

  • Yes, we offer 1:1 coaching packages for C-Suite leaders without the time to commit to a longer training course. 1:1 coaching is ideal for corporate leaders with a time-sensitive speaking engagement, and leaders who want to work on a specific goal, for example, their origin story, delivery skills, or impromptu remarks.

  • We can deliver training courses onsite at your offices and 1:1 coaching can be delivered in-person or virtually.

    One month after the training we host a virtual wrap-up session to reinforce learning and troubleshoot attendees’ communications challenges.
